A Little Summer in the Middle of Winter

Pasta Salad with Tomato and Brie
Time: 30 Minutes


1 lb box of farfalle
2 containers of cherry tomatoes
1 wheel of brie
1 package of fresh basil
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil


Preparation
1. In a bowl marinate sliced garlic in olive oil. Add quartered cherry tomatoes and cubes of brie.
2. Boil water for pasta. 
3. Drain pasta and add to bowl with garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, and brie. Toss with salt and pepper and add fresh basil.
