A Light Meal after the Heavy Holidays

Chicken Piccata
Total Cook Time: 30 Minutes/ 4 Servings


4 Pounded chicken breasts
8 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 small jar of capers
1/4 cup of dry white wine
chopped parsley for garnish
salt and pepper


Cooking Instructions
1. Dredge 4 pounded chicken breasts in flour and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in saute pan and add chicken. Cook until lightly browned.
3. Remove chicken breasts and set aside. Add lemon juice and white wine to saute pan.
4. Return chicken to saute pan and garnish with chopped parsley. 


It is just that simple!
